19/04/2007 : Chelsea Keep the Pressure on

Chelsea are still just three points behind Premier League leaders,
Manchester Utd after a 4-1 demolition of West Ham.
Shaun Wright-Phillips scored twice with Kalou and Drogba getting
one each. Carlos Tevez scored the lone goal for West Ham.


16/04/2007 : Chelsea vs Man Utd Cup Final

Chelsea will face Manchester Utd in the first FA Cup Final to be
played at the the new Wembley Stadium.
Chelsea beat Blackburn in the semi-final, 2-1 after extra time with a first half
goal from Frank Lampard and an extra time winner from Michael Ballack.


11/04/2007 : Chelsea Into Semi's

Chelsea have made it into the semi finals of the Champions League
thanks to a last gasp goal from Michael Essien.
Valencia opened the scoring with a goal from Morientes in the first half.
Joe Cole came on for the second half of the match and Chelsea
looked a much better side with Shevchenko levelling shortly after the break.
Michael Essien scored the winning goal in the 90th minute to put Chelsea through.
Chelsea won the away tie 2-1 to win 3-2 on aggregate.


09/04/2007 : Chelsea Close the Gap

Chelsea have closed Man Utd's lead at the top of the Premier
League to just three points.
Chelsea managed a 1-0 home victory against Spurs and Man Utd
lost 2-1 away at Portsmouth.
Chelsea are now three points behind Man Utd with six games to go,
including one home match against Man Utd.
